going along ok

So not too stressed at the moment.
I can't really be stuffed with 'creating' enough stress to make me hyper-productive.

tired.

exercise wise today:
1 hr gym (treadmill/bike, you know the drill...)

food-wise:
2x toast w/ vegemite
1x small pear
10x almonds
1x lite strawberry yoghurt
1x moroccan soup
1x carrot
1x apple
1x lentil&vegie soup

goooooooooooooooooood-nighhhhhhhhht...
